Using our own secret recipe one of our cooperative farmers produces a Truffle cheese without equal. We provide this farmer with our own truffles; the farmer processes these truffles into the cheese. After the right period of natural maturing a delicate balance develops between the explicit aroma of fresh truffle and the beautifull taste of a creamy, matured cheese.
